Private and Semi-Private sessions

Private sessions are a great way for students to introduce themselves to Pilates. Working on-on-one with an instructor, students have the opportunity to understand the methods and purpose for each exercise.

Once your Pilates workout is established, Semi-Private Pilates sessions provide excellent opportunities for students to fine-tune their efforts. In a Semi-Private session, two or three clients are matched to ability and work together with one instructor. These sessions are lively and motivating and when done 2-3 times each week, deliver visible and lasting results. Many clients choose to take Semi-Private Pilates sessions as a way of continuing focused personal training with the added benefit of a workout partner. Register.
