Fascial Stretch Therapy
The Pilates Center of Maine is excited to offer Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) at our studio. FST is an excellent complementary therapy to your Pilates workout. Fascia is a network of layered connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and joints. Through the gentle approach of FST one can reduce tightness and increase range of mobility.
